Beginning Thursday, June 25 and again on Friday, June 26, there will be an assortment of fun "Kids Power!� themed activities and games for kids and families. Kids' activities run from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. each night. The activities are part of the ongoing series of Family Fun Nights for the summer of 2015, featuring:
• Thursday Night Live Music Events – This week featuring"2 of a Kind� beginning at 7:00 p.m.
• Friday Movie Nights – This week's special family feature, the Stephen Spielberg classic: "ET.�
• Beer garden, with varied selections of sangrias, beers and wines, and featuring food delicacies from Winnie's LeBus: including city-themed gourmet hotdogs, crab cake sandwiches, veggie burgers, home-made French fries and potato chips.
• Lots of activities for kids and adults
The final week's "Theme Week� to entertain and educate youngsters will be:
• Patriotic (July 2-3); Movie: "Miracle�
Bring your family and friends and join us as we celebrate the outdoor space at Venice Island, the city's newest performing arts venue, along the Schuylkill River in Manayunk. Activities will take place on Thursday and Friday evenings, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.
