Show mom how special she is with dinner at Union Trust. With soaring 65-foot ceilings, an extensive wine list and dining rooms appointed with marble, leather and precious metals, UT is one of Philadelphia’s most beautiful spaces and has a menu to match, under newly-installed chef de cuisine Kevin Sbraga.
The menu includes famed Allen Brothers’ prime meats, extensive raw bar selections and stunning desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Christina Diekewicz. (Her German Chocolate Cake was recently named as one of the best new desserts by PhillyMag!)
