Thursday, June 16, 7 to 8:30 pm Wister Center Home brewer Keith Sansoni will begin with the brewing process: equipment, raw ingredients, wort, fermentation, and packaging. He will then cover which herbs, spices, and flowers to use, and how to harvest them fresh and select them dry. Using botanicals in the brewing process will be discussed including aging beer, tea extracts, and tincture blending. This is a great class for homebrewers and for those who simply enjoy trying new and interesting beers. There will be time for tasting and evaluating the beer!
