Enjoy an Evening of Culinary Education, Sumptuous Cuisine and Perfectly Paired Wines at Philadelphia's Premiere Dining Destination Dinner and a Show begins Friday, April 17, 2009 (Call 215.790.2533 for additional dates and times). Watch while these three experts in the culinary field, Chef de Cuisine Jason Cichonski, Executive Pastry Chef Fred Ortega and Sommelier Eric Simonis, demonstrate their talents and create a meal that is sure to be two thumbs up. With interactive and live demonstrations, guests can learn helpful tips, while enjoying a delicious three-course meal. Each course will be specially paired with wines from Lacroix's extensive wine list the cost is $65.00 per person and includes tax and gratuity. Showtime begins at 7pm.
