The Trick-or-Treating will be from 10Am to 5PM and is free and open to the public. Tickets for the Halloween Celebration are $15 for adults and $10 for children and can be purchased in advance by visiting site below. http://rittenhouserow.ticketleap.com/rittenhouse-row-halloween-celebration/Families will enjoy a children's costume contest with prizes, a mini brunch buffet and fun Halloween themed activities from Rittenhouse Row member businesses.
