In this demo-style class Marilyn will discuss why this cuisine is so healthy for you and students will watch as she prepares several delicious dishes that exemplify the wonderful benefits of the foods from this culture.
Class menu will include: Vegetarian Paella; Shaved Zucchini, Fennel and Carrot Salad; Marinated Mushroom and Rice Salad; Italian Vegetable Stew; and Quinoa Tabbouleh with Chickpeas. Tastings will be offered on all dishes prepared.
