As part of the 2015 Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival, Philadelphian's are invited to learn how to make sushi, Japan's favorite culinary art, during sushi-making classes hosted by Madame Saito, one of Philadelphia's best culinary artists and educators.
There are two classes - on Monday, April 6 and Friday, April 10. Both classes are from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Each class is $50 per person and can be registered for in advance at http://queenofsushi.ticketleap.com/cherry-blossom-sushi-class/.
