Eat This Drink That Festival

Debuting this fall, Eat This Drink That will combine the best national food and drink producers with passionate local chefs and regional artisanal purveyors for the Philadelphia area's ultimate food and beverage festival. From baked goods to barbeque, farm fresh to fried, grilled to gourmet, this event is sure to provide you with a little bit of everything to leave you satisfied! Educational and entertaining programming will be hosted by some of the area's most-admired food personalities and special guests, among them Hell's Kitchen's own Philadelphia native Chef Barbie Marshall, Chef Darryl Harmon previously of Philly's infamous Water Works Restaurant and American Culinary Federation "Chef of the Year,� Chef Roshni Mansukhani Gurnani – the first south Asian female to win the Food Network's Chopped, and award-winning critic Gary Monterosso seen on the History Channel's "Epic History of Everyday Things� to name a few...

Eat This Drink That event highlights include: over 100 food and beverage exhibitors, workshops and specialty programming, demonstrations, meet and greet cookbook authors, and gift bags to the first 1,000 people each session.
