Please join us for an evening with Duane Roller, author of the recently released 'Cleopatra: A Biography.' Having written the first book to explore the queen's life solely from the source material of the Greco-Roman period, Roller shows us that despite her accomplishments and wide range of influence, Cleopatra is too often subordinated to the med in her life _ particularly Julius Caesar and Marcus Antonius. Many will be surprised to learn that it was in fact these men who were subordinate to her, as the intriguing tale of the woman who almost took over the world is told with a treasure trove of fascinating detail. Book-signing to follow.
