Join us at the Colonial Theatre on Sunday September 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM for a celebration of 100 years of the mighty Wurlitzer theatre organ presented by the Theatre Organ Society of the Delaware Valley!
The oldest working theatre organ in Chester County, the Wurlitzer organ highlights the roaring twenties in a wonderful spectacle of vintage cars, dancing by The Franklin Follies (flappers), and the sounds of the 20’s.
This spectacular event is followed by a complimentary wine and cheese reception at the Colonial Theatre in the Garden Suite and Rooftop Deck.
ABOUT THE ORGANIST
Mark Herman is one of America’s busiest theatre organists, performing concerts and silent film presentations across the US and abroad. In 2012, he was named the American Theatre Organ Society’s Organist of the Year and is the youngest person ever to receive the prestigious honor. Previously, he was overall winner of the Society’s Young Theatre Organist Competition in 2004.
