The Check In: Mindfulness, Meditation, & Mingle
Black in Education Network will host The Check-in: Meditation, Mindfulness, and Mingle event, collaborating with Black Yoga Fest in Wilmington, DE! We will explore topics on mental health with licensed professionals through a mental health panel and mindfulness meditation with R&B and our phenomenal partners! Of course, we will be holding our signature Happy Hour event as we celebrate the great work of educators throughout this year, along with vendors to support the awareness of Mental Health Awareness Month!
