Construction is completed at a 63,000-square-foot former manufacturing building, located at 1519 Decatur Street in Bushwick. Known as the Box Factory, the commercial property is bringing in-demand inventory to the area’s growing office and retail market. On Thursday, November 9th, the team behind the $10 million redevelopment project will host a public open house, where neighborhood residents, brokers, potential tenants and interested parties can tour the space. Food, drink, entertainment and exclusive prizes will be available at the event, which runs from 5pm to 8pm.
