Reiki-infused Restorative Yoga Session
Join us on the lawn for a free, full-guided restorative yoga session with Johanna Hernandez, a Reiki practitioner, yoga instructor, and founder of Puzzled Mind & Body LLC. This unique experience blends gentle, supported movement with the calming energy of Reiki to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance. Attendees will receive a free yoga mat. If inclement weather occurs, the event will move indoors.
