Community education seminar: What is Normal Aging vs. Not Normal Aging
Join us at The Birches at New Hope for a complimentary in-person community education seminar, sponsored by Rothkoff Law Group Elder Care Law, on Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 6554 Lower York Road. Check-in begins at 3:45 p.m.; seminar begins at 4:00 p.m.
“Ask a Teepa Snow Trained Dementia Specialist: What is Normal Aging vs. Not Normal Aging” is presented by Jennifer Riggs. As a certified dementia care practitioner and certified Montessori dementia care professional, Jennifer offers a diverse perspective working with seniors and professionals in the long-term care industry. Most recently, Jennifer became a Positive Approach to Care certified independent trainer, which has broadened her understanding of dementia and allows her to offer education on Normal Aging vs. Not Normal Aging, GEMS, and Hand-under-Hand.
