The American Heart Association is proud to announce that it will be having its first Health Disparities Conference. This FREE conference will address the gaps in health and healthcare that minorities experience. There will be workshops focusing on health disparities as it relates to women, heart disease and stroke (in addition to stroke for caregivers). The conference will be held at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia Hotel at the Bellevue.
