CPS Comedy for a Cause with Bill Cosby

Bill Cosby will host Comedy For A Cause, an event presented by Philadelphia Financial to benefit the Community Partnership School (CPS) on Thursday, May 5 at the Temple Performing Arts Center. The event will feature a cocktail reception from 6-8 p.m. and a comedy event hosted by Cosby and starring comedians Gary Gulman and Ralph Harris. CPS's Excellence in Education Award will be given to noted scholar and author, Charles L. Blockson for his devotion to the teaching and preservation of African-American history. Ticket levels are $250 for a comedy ticket, premium seating and VIP access to the cocktail reception $150 for a comedy ticket and premium seating and $100 for a comedy ticket.
