Information on how to combine food to maximize digestion and how long different types of food take to digest. This workshop will give you the information you need to lose weight and keep it off! The workshop begins at 7:45 and runs about 45 minutes. There is no fee to attend. It will be located on the 2nd Floor of Sweat Fitness, 700 E. Passyunk Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19147.
