Starting on September 16th - Drop in any Monday evening for two guided meditations and a Buddhist teaching. These classes are taught by Gen Tenzin, Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center in Philadelphia. Everyone is welcome and no meditation experience is necessary.
Classes take place in the Whittier Room. The Swarthmore Friends Meeting is located on the campus of Swarthmore College. Attendees may park in the circular drive in front of the Swarthmore Friends Meeting building or in the parking lot across the street.
$10; $5 for students.
