Live capoeria demonstration by Phillys own ASCAB Capoeira, starting at 6:30pm, Historic Shambles, 2nd between Pine and Lombard Streets Saturday, August 28, 2010 Xande Cruz traditional Afro-Brazilian musical quartet. Samba meets rock. Performing a 70 minute set starting at 1pm Following Xande Cruz, tween sensation and South Street Street Performer stars Kate and Bina, with special cultural pieces played. 3-5pm. Angelica Cassimiro and friends 3 professional Samba dancers beginning at 12pm throughout South Street Saturday and Sunday August 28 & 29 Priscilla Costa, Philadelphia fashion designer teaching a jewelry design class, with a focus on using fuxico, an extremely popular and easy Brazilian design technique.
