SJ HOT Chefs to Host South Jersey Restaurant Week Sunday, March 22nd through Friday, March 27th South Jersey Independent Restaurant Association (SJ HOT Chefs) will host their biannual Restaurant Week beginning Sunday, March 22nd through Friday, March 27th. This year's participating establishments include South Jersey's finest independently owned, chef -run restaurants throughout Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. Diners will have the opportunity to experience a four-course meal from specially prepared menus at the fixed price of $35 per person. Dishes will include signature restaurant specialties as well as inspired tastings. The selection of cuisines offered ranges from traditional Italian and Mexican, to Asian influences of Thai, Chinese and Japanese flavors as well as classic steakhouses, seafood and much more.
