Experience farm fresh ingredients masterfully cooked into delectable four-course meals from the South Jersey Hot Chefs. For one week only, the South Jersey Independent Restaurant Association is hosting their sixth annual Farm to Fork Week.
From July 22nd through July 28th, more than 30 celebrated South Jersey restaurants will partner with local New Jersey farms to create prix fixe menus featuring flavors unique to South Jersey. "The tradition of Farm to Fork week allows us to continue our ongoing education of cooking with locally-grown ingredients, while celebrating the wonderful partnerships between our farmers and restaurants", said Fred Kellerman, President of SJ Hot Chefs.
