Author Series with local writer Simone Zelitch. She is an instructor at the Community College of Philadelphia (where she created a Creative Writing Certificate Program and coordinates their English Degree) and for the University of Pennsylvania's College of General Studies. Simone will be discussing her book, "Waveland": One Woman's Story, which follows the story of a brave and troubled Freedom Summer volunteer through the Civil Rights Movement.
