Roxtoberfest

Fall fun is brewing at the seventh annual “Roxtoberfest”, the Roxborough neighborhood’s uniquely Philly spin on the world-renowned German Oktoberfest celebration. Live music, German folk dancing, competitions and children’s activities are just some of the fun things to do at Roxtoberfest.The event will also feature specialty cocktails by Captain Morgan, Ketel One Botanical and Crown Royal Regal Apple along the event route, as well as programming at Ridge Avenue’s recently launched Roxborough Pocket Park. The on-street food options include Anatolian Delight, Babalouie BBQ, Burg's Hideaway Lounge, Chewys, Moon Dawg Sundaes, Rigatoni's Mobile Crab Cakes, Slurp, The Happy Pita, The Roaming Raven, and much more. To keep the kids happy, Roxtoberfest children’s activities will include face painting, balloon animals, moon bounce, an obstacle course, and inflatable slide. Adults can also join in on the fun at the life-size game area including beer garden favorites Jenga, Connect Four, Beer Pong and Cornhole.
