Monica Raspi has winery is based in Castellina in Chianti Classico. She makes beautiful and elegant Chianti Classico from organically grown estate fruit and all of her wine is made in a super tiny (I’m talking studio apartment size) winery. On March 18th at 6PM (midnight, her time!), Monica will be sharing insight to her life, winery, beliefs and techniques, leaving time for a generous Q&A period, while participants join in by tasting her Chianti Classico.
