Intro to Aerials: Adult Circus Arts Workshop

You?ve soared all day at work and at home ? now learn how to really fly at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts with an ?Intro to Aerials Workshop.? During this one-hour and fifteen minute class, you will learn rope, fabric and static trapeze. You will build your upper body and core strength, and improve your flexibility. It?s more motivating than yoga and gives you more bragging rights than pumping iron ? and you don?t even have to run off to the circus to find a trapeze. Advanced reservations are required for $25 per person for ages 16 and up. Workshops are held weekly on Fridays, from 7pm to 8:15pm, Sundays from 5:45pm to 7pm, and Mondays from 12:30pm to 1:45pm.
