This event will showcase the finest locally-produced and internationally-sourced ciders more than 30 in all being sampled on the picturesque parade grounds of the Philadelphia Navy Yard.The event will take place outdoors, under tents, rain or shine (no refunds). Food (not included in ticket price) will be available for purchase from a variety of food trucks. Ample parking is free. A shuttle will bring attendees from the nearby SEPTA station to the Marine Parade Grounds.
There will also be music and special seminars about cider, the making of cider, and the enjoyment of cider. The event will help raise funds for the Committee to Benefit the Children. A sell-out is expected so buy your tickets early. Once the event sells out, no additional ticketst will be available. Tickets are $40 each. Tickets include admission to the festival, a souvenir tasting glass and the freedom to enjoy samples from any participating exhibitor. Designated Driver tickets are available for $10. A DD ticket holder will get a bottle of water upon entering the festival. Designated drivers do NOT receive a tasting glass and are NOT permitted to sample any of the beverages at the event.
