Campus Philly's "College Day" is the first in a series of several events this fall and winter with GOLDENBERG'S® PEANUT CHEWS® as a sponsor. The free event, organized by 501(c)3 non-profit organization Campus Philly, draws up to 15,000 college students and families each year and includes live music, local Philly food trucks, GOLDENBERG'S® PEANUT CHEWS® tent and sampling, and information from other local non-profit organizations to help students in the area become involved in the community.
The "Textin' It Old School"? contest is one of the newest additions to the campaign and will take place at upcoming events, first debuting on September 28, 2013 at Campus Philly's "College Day." Three contestants at a time will use older model cell phones with traditional keypads in a race to see who can text the brand's tagline the fastest ("Chewin' it old school since 1917"). Winners from each round will receive GOLDENBERG'S® PEANUT CHEWS® candy as well as other great prizes!
