The Betsy – Bluecoat Elderflower Gin Pop-up Bar

Philadelphia Distilling, makers of the award-winning Bluecoat American Dry Gin, introduces – The Betsy – a pop-up bar celebrating the national release of Bluecoat Elderflower Gin. Opening April 11, and named after one of America’s pinnacle patriotic icons, Betsy Ross, the pop-up will transform the top floor of the state-of-the-art Fishtown distillery for four days (named “Best Distillery Bar in the Nation” by Nightclub & Bar Magazine) into an enchanted forest covered in greenery.

Step off the moss-covered elevator to enter a lush garden featuring natural elements and stellar views of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. The Betsy will be canopied by illuminated orb plants and will offer a range of Bluecoat Elderflower Gin cocktails.

The distillery collaborated with the floral and garden design team at Petit Jardin en Ville to create the elaborate elderflower inspired setting, once again, supporting local artists under their “United We Create” campaign.
