The 5K walk is followed by the Philly's Freedom From Diabetes Concert, featuring a performance from the legendary, PATTI LABELLE. Walk with us and join us in committing to our vital mission, to Stop Diabetes and improve the lives of all those affected by diabetes. Registration for Step Out will begin at 8am, and the walk begins at 9:30 am.
