From Friday, June 29 to Sunday, July 1, guests are invited to smell and taste delicious Philadelphia fare, listen to all-star entertainment from top jazz and blues artists, watch colorful fireworks light up the night sky and feel the spirit that only can be experienced by celebrating the 4th of July in America's birthplace.
Returning to Taste of Philadelphia in 2012 are some of Philadelphia's most notable restaurants including Darling's Diner, Gigi Restaurant & Lounge and Marabella Meatball Company. An exciting addition to this foodie's dream weekend will be several of the city's most popular food trucks, such as Sweet Box, Lil Dan's Food Truck and Vernalicious Lunch Truck, lining the Chestnut Street Bridge to give guests a more unique "tasting� experience. Entertainment and admission to Penn's Landing for Taste of Philadelphia is free - with small plates from restaurants and food trucks offered at just a few dollars each.
