Beginning with the Parade of Sail on Thursday, the festival will offer waterfront fun, ship tours, and sailing excursions throughout Memorial Day weekend, with festivities concluding on the evening of May 28. Philadelphia will serve as the only East Coast port to host the TALL SHIPS CHALLENGE® race series in 2018.
