With a Ph. D in "Garbology,� a zany and irresistible personality and a trash-to-treasure recycling machine, Dr. T delights his audiences while sharing his knowledge that rubbish is a resource that is just too good to throw away. All performances are part of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts.
