The American Cancer Society and the Philadelphia Eagles invite women undergoing treatment to attend a special Look Good and Feel Better session at the NovaCare Complex. Look Good and Feel Better is a free workshop facilitated by trained cosmetologists who teach women with cancer how to understand and care for changes in skin and hair that may occur during treatment. The program is offered in partnership with the Personal Care Products Council Foundation and the Professional Beauty Association/National Cosmetology Association. Join us on Monday, May 9, 2011 from 9:30 a.m.and 1:00 p.m. at the NovaCare Complex off Pattison Avenue (1 NovaCare Way, Philadelphia, PA 19145). Each patient is welcome to bring one guest. The day will begin with a tour of the Complex from 9:30 a.m.through 10:00 a.m., followed by the Look Good and Feel Better session for patients from 10:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. Guests will attend an American Cancer Society/Eagles presentation during this time. Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m.through 1:00 p.m.
