Bala Cynwyd is undergoing a major transformation, and we invite you to be a part of it! On July 20, from 5:00-8:00 pm Cross Properties will host a construction kick-off event centered around 10 Union, the first in a series of buildings to be constructed as part of a three-phase master plan that will transform Bala Avenue into a vibrant, walkable community destination. The event will take place at 210 Bala Avenue and will feature Food Trucks and a Beer Garden by Berwyn-based La Cabra Brewing.
Guests will have the opportunity to meet the architects, designers and developers spearheading the project, and view the plans, finish boards, unit plans, amenity layouts, and more. Upon completion, the project will boast 109 apartments, over 8,000 square feet of interior amenities, 9,000 square feet of outdoor rooftop recreation, gardens, pet-friendly offerings, a concierge desk, electric vehicle charging stations, and more. The re-development of 10 Union is expected to be completed in the Winter of 2018.
