Discover the versatility and creative potential of shooting in a studio environment!In this class, students will learn how to control the lighting of an image using speedlights and continuous light sources off camera. Through lectures, demonstrations and a series of in-class assignments in portraiture, fashion and product set ups, students will get a comprehensive overview of the basics of lighting.Emphasis will be placed on understanding how light plays and interacts with objects, as well as its properties such as color and shape. Students will learn to analyze the lighting in an image and create similar effects in their own work.
