The Mann's Philadelphia Freedom Festival will host a scholarly panel "Let Freedom Ring� on Wednesday, April 30th from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Temple University's Mitten Hall. This engaging discussion brings together a diverse set of voices from Philadelphia's academic and activist communities to reflect on the life and impact of Octavius V. Catto. This community event features an impressive panel made up of authors, educators, ministers and local civil rights leaders from the Philadelphia region. The Cheyney University Concert Choir will perform.
