    04/16/2011 09:00 AM 04/16/2011 11:00 AM America/Anguilla Pennypack Park City Super Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon Our triathlon and duathlon is for ages 15 and up. The course is so much fun, challenging to newcomers and practiced triathletes/duathletes alike. The swim is 175 yards, the bike is 6 miles and the run is 2 miles. The duathlon substitutes the swim for a 1 mile run, the same bike course and final 2 miles. While the park has miles of tarred paths to bike, this course incorporates some of the cross-country in both the bike and the run. Be prepared with a hybrid or mountain bike and helmets are required.
