Calling all heroes, it’s time to report for duty! LEGO© City police are coming to save the day at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia (the ultimate indoor playground) from May 25 – July 7.
To kick off the 'LEGO© City: Report for Duty” campaign, families can join the Plymouth Meeting Police Department on-site on Saturday, May 18th from 11am – 2pm for an exclusive police training course. Event activities include:
• Summer safety tips from members of the Plymouth Meeting Police Department
• K-9 training demonstrations with local police dogs, Fox and Major
• Kids can try on bullet-proof vests and helmets
• Fingerprint kit where kids can get their fingerprints taken on a souvenir card
• Real police motorcycle outside with flashing lights on
As part of LEGO© City: Report for Duty, other limited-time visuals include:
• Build Police Badges and share them in the Heroes Gallery
• Kids create their very own police chase adventure movie
• Kids build a super Rescue Helicopter to save people trapped on top of the mountain
• Speed down the zip line for a helicopter rescue
• Brand new “LEGO© City 4D Movie: Officer in Pursuit!” in the 4D Cinema
• K-9/Hydrant and Police/Robber mosaic builds with the Master Model Builder
• Character meet and greets with LEGO© City Policeman, “Officer Brick”
• Giveaways with prizes like Pop Badges and posters
