Le Cavalier—the beloved French brasserie helmed by Chef-Partner Tyler Akin at historic and iconic HOTEL DU PONT—welcomes Chef Nich Bazik for a showcase of Provenance, his highly anticipated forthcoming restaurant in Philadelphia. The event—which follows a series of Provenance previews hosted at Philly’s a.kitchen, River Twice, and Fork—will feature a five-course menu from Chef Nich with the likes of Scallop Chaud Froid with brown butter, grapefruit, and tangerine lace; Summer Corn Royale with littleneck clam, dashima, black truffle, and sorrel; and “Surf and Turf” Marinated Prime Beef Strip Loin with Maine lobster, eggplant, and burrata. Reservations are available with optional wine pairings or non-alcoholic cocktail pairings.
