Please join The Junior League of Philadelphia, Inc. for the Empowering Your Health Fair on April 6, 2013. This is the first annual event held with a partnership with Lankenau Medical Center and supports our Apple a Day Healthy Living Initiative. It is free and open to the public. There will be health screenings and lectures on topics such as stress management, nutrition, and heart health. Throughout the day, we will also have cooking demonstrations and activity sessions including yoga, zumba, and chair massages. The event will also feature an expo with vendors tables to hand out information on leading a healthy lifestyle
