Reiki Level 2 Classes at Lakeside!

Interested in learning Reiki? Well, here is your chance. Classes are being taught by our own REIKI MASTER/TEACHER, DIANA POIRIER here at Lakeside. Classes will be limited to 6 students to ensure a high level of hands-on teaching and practice and will include:

* Background and History of Reiki
* A personal Attunement to Reiki energy
* Learning and practicing how to give a full Reiki treatment
* Experience giving and receiving Reiki energy
* A detailed take-home manual supporting both Reiki Levels I and II

Reiki is a tremendously therapeutic energy healing technique originating out of Japan. Taking the training and getting "attuned"? to Reiki energy allows your body to start channeling Reiki energy directly. Once trained, you can practice Reiki on yourself, friends and family, even your pets! Reiki enhances our own natural healing abilities, and as such is helpful for chronic pain, sleep issues, stress reduction, low energy, healing, anxiety & emotional stress, cancer treatment side effects, and much more.
