Start the New Year off with a peaceful mind and a happy heart. Join us for a meditation retreat led by Gen Tenzin, Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Amitayus Kadampa Buddhist Center.
No meditation experience necessary. Everyone is welcome. Drop into any session!
