ODUNDE Festival CEO Oshunbumi Fernandez-West and Philadelphia City Council President Kenyatta Johnson (Second District) will host the ODUNDE Art Sho’ on Friday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at LOVE Park, at 15th and John F. Kennedy Boulevard in Center City Philadelphia. This event is free to attend.
The Art Sho’ is an extension of ODUNDE 365, which serves as the year-round cultural programming arm of Philadelphia’s well-known ODUNDE Festival. The purpose of ODUNDE 365 is to expand the festival's influence beyond the annual event. The ODUNDE ART Sho’ also pays tribute to the late ODUNDE Founder Lois Fernandez (Fernandez-West’s mother), a lifelong lover and supporter of art. Lois Fernandez passed away in 2017 at age 81.
