Foley, the MC for the evening will introduce ten up-and-coming Philadelphian stand-up comedians. In addition to the live performances, film clips of famous International Comedians from Asia, Middle East and Europe will be shown. The Culture of Comedy is a fun, low cost fundraiser developed for the first time by the IHP Residents. $3 for guests. Food and drink is provided. Tickets can be purchased at the night of the event, cash only.
