Sample summertime dishes prepared with the season's locally grown vegetables, fruits, seafood, meats and more dished up by some of the most exciting chefs in New Jersey. Pair this with wines from New Jersey's award-winning wineries. There will also be a farmer's market where attendees can purchase locally made cheeses, fresh baked breads, local honey, organic fruits and vegetables, locally made salami, as well as plants and flowers. Wine seminars and winery tours round out the activities. Great jazz music provides the perfect backdrop for the event. Tickets are $30 at the gate, $25 in advance at www.slowfoodandwinefestival.com.
