An outgrowth of last year's festival held on Snipes Farm in Morrisville, PA, the festival has a new home at Penn's Landing. This will allow the full audience of 3000 from last year plus nearly 2000 more to enjoy a day of electronically-flavored acts, live art demos, and authentic Philadelphia culture.
