Exclusive look at rarely seen ancient Egyptian jewelry from the Museum vault and a tour of jewelry in the collections opens participants’ eyes to the role of ancient wearable art made from precious metals, stones and other materials. Be inspired to create a personal 'sacred adornment' under the guidance of beading artist Gail Simons.
While all materials are included in the workshop fee, participants are invited to bring along any personally meaningful beads, charms or string-able precious objects they'd like to incorporate into their pieces.
