August's theme will surround the healthful, but yet easily mundane, salmon. The demo will cover everything from farm vs. wild, beginner saute techniques, smoking, searing, and even moussing. Chef Jajczyk will cover a variety of ways to break the boring out of the standard preparations and techniques any home cook can master. Classes kick off at 6:30 pm and wine pairings are available.
