Panelists include Dr. Jacob Tebes, Director of Prevention and Community Research and Director of the Consultation Center from Yale University, Dr. Arthur Evans, Commissioner of Philadelphia's Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disability Services, and Jane Golden, Executive Director of the Mural Arts Program.
