This powerful set of music will see you through the contrasting realms of conflict and serenity. With poignant pieces that echo the trials of battle with the solace of harmony, this program serves as a reminder of where we have been as a people as we aim to learn from our collective experiences.
This program will guide you not only through the duality of the wars between nations, but also the wars within our souls, as we seek a deeper understanding of personal struggles and the triumph over the powerful enemy of our own personal demons. This culminating with the WORLD PREMIERE of a newly commissioned choral work, "A Letter to the World," by composer Peter de Mets and poet Dr. Mark Boyle.
